Call or send the form on this site to ask for an estimate. The price for a job is the one in the estimate you accept.
Booking and deposits
If a job needs a deposit, we tell you before we book it.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- To cancel or move a job, call or text us as early as you can.
- If weather or safety makes a job impossible on the day, we agree a new date with you.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed with you before the work starts.
Refunds
If we cannot perform a job you have prepaid for, we refund the prepayment in full.
If something was missed
If something on the agreed job was missed, call or text us. Work that was not part of the agreed job is quoted separately.
Problems
Call or text (717) 208-5658 as soon as you can after the job. We get back to you as soon as we can and, where something is our fault, we fix it. Anything we cannot resolve is handled under the disputes section of our Terms of Service.
